Tania Dixon set up Ginger Snap in 2006 launching herself into outside catering. She has been in the catering industry since 2000 and has a passion for delicious and beautiful food. She uses the freshest ingredients all locally sourced ensuring that everything looks great and tastes fantastic.
We are a young and dynamic team using only the highest quality ingredients offering stunning canapés and designing menus to meet each client's specific desires for the perfect event. We use imaginative menus and spotless presentation to ensure your event will be a celebration to remember.
