Featuring ingredients sourced from our own farm and local suppliers, each dish embraces the hearty and comforting flavors that only winter can offer. From robust soups with root vegetables to tender roasted meats and rich, indulgent desserts, our menu is crafted to enhance the chilly weather and festive atmosphere of your winter celebrations.

The ethos of Ginger Snap is to create seasonal food that tastes & looks spectacular, with an innovative, flawless approach to service. Ginger Snap doesn’t do ‘packages’, we think each client deserves more & is special to us.
We use our extensive experience, ties with local suppliers, to create unique, faultless events which work for you. That being said we need to start somewhere so here are some ideas for menus to get your tastebuds tingling.

Late Food
At Ginger Snap, we feel, late food, is where you can add some fun. Later into the evening, people always fancy something a bit ‘dirty’.

Family Style
Our family style creates the best of both worlds. We plate our main element so that each guest is given the perfect portion of hot food, that is beautiful, and then the sides are put on the table in stylish dishes for your guests to help themselves too.
The simple act of passing food across to others in a family-style meal setting effortlessly triggers conversations.
Eating together around a table also creates an atmosphere of family. It’s the perfect opportunity for the two families to bond and begin the journey to lasting relationships
