We were both so looking forward to our wedding meal and it was indeed a real highlight of our day. So many of our guests were raving about the food and said that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had, some of them even managed to have two desserts and were quite pleased with themselves!

Your waiting staff were so helpful, polite and professional and made everything run incredibly smoothly. We are still beaming about the day and part of that is definitely thanks to the Ginger Snap team. The canapés were so delicious. Honestly, all of them were so good I wouldn’t know which one was my favourite!

The food was by far the best I’ve had at a wedding and I’m aware how difficult it is to cater for that many people - so am genuinely impressed at how tasty and perfectly cooked it all was. Cocktails were also fab - particularly the Basil Smash! And I appreciate all the additional efforts throughout the evening by you, James and the rest of the Ginger Snap staff - I quote my friend ‘ the best champagne topper-uppers’.
